HOLE 8
HOLE 8 INFORMATION
The 8th hole is a dogleg to the left. The tee shot on this hole is made difficult by the tee placement. The tee aims to make golfers hit the ball towards the right side of the fairway to lengthen their approach shot. The green is very well protected by bunkers front and right hand side. The green itself is quite hard and can be difficult to stop the ball on.
PRO TIP
Longer hitters will want to take a long iron from the tee and try to hit the ball over the corner to shorten their approach shot. A shorter approach shot improves your chances of holding this green.
Shorter hitters will want to make sure they hit the ball down the left hand side of the fairway to try and shorten their approach. The further right they go the longer and more difficult this hole becomes.
